A modern, spacious well-equipped and air-conditioned apartment situated in a quiet area of Medulin immediately adjacent to the sea.  Situated on the second floor and facing West the balcony is an ideal place to relax during the day and to watch the sun set.

A local bar/café is less than two minutes away and there are many restaurants, bars and shops adjacent to the Promenade within 5 minutes walk and in the old town.

A wooded walking area with typical Croatian pebble beaches is close to the apartment, and a little further away at the south end of Medulin there is a large sandy beach with bars and watersport facilities.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a second toilet, a lounge area with additional double sofa bed and a single bed chair, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, balcony with table, chairs, loungers and parasol, and plenty of parking.

The apartment is three star registered with the Croatian tourist authority and subject to their strict safety regulations.  The block is secure and maintained by a caretaker.

The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Istria.  Car, bicycle and boat hire are all available in Medulin.  Public transport connections are very good with a local bus which goes to the bus station in Pula with onward connections to all the main towns in Istria and beyond.

Istria has a rich history from early times with many Roman, Venetian and Medieval sites to explore. The Roman arena in Pula is fascinating and is also the venue for music concerts and the annual film festival.  The picturesque towns of Rovinj and Porec are well worth a visit, as are the hill villages of Motovun and Grosjan.
